Try an example deal ↓When an apartment building is for sale, the seller shares a rent roll (every unit, its tenant and rent) and a T-12 (the last twelve months of income and expenses). An analyst retypes both into a spreadsheet, adds a purchase price and a loan, and projects years of cash flow to answer three questions: what does the building earn, does that income safely cover the mortgage, and what return does the buyer get?
The retyping takes hours per deal, and mistakes hide in it. Asking a chatbot is faster but riskier: language models slip on arithmetic and state wrong numbers with confidence. This engine splits the job. The AI only transcribes, citing every line. Ordinary code does all the math, so the same inputs always give the same answer, and the Excel export lets you check every cell.
